Decided to type another post before I open my work mailbox.
A list of thanks-giving items…
Thank you Kat for being a great travel companion. She
basically did everything, from planning to contacting her friends aka hosts.
Through this trip, I learn more about her, a cheerful and outgoing girl. I have
never known her in church. She is always missing. Ha.. She also tolerated my
nonsense and accepted our differences during the trip.
Thankful for the two hosts there, one in Osaka and the other
in Tokyo. They have shown me how is the life of ordinary Jap people. The one in
Osaka had to tolerate our late sleeping hours. The mother in Tokyo had to
chauffer us to Tsukiji Market at 3.30am in the morning. Seriously, she had no
obligation to do that. She cooks really well. We were well fed and well loved.
Thank God for the holiday. Really. I definitely felt
recharged. Before I left, I was fighting tons of work. Now, I know that I can
finish it faster as I have taken a good break.
There’s a whole long list to be thankful for…..
Thank you Lord.
