On Thursday, there was beginning of term service in school. Everyone stood for half an hour for hymns and message. My dearest P6 little ones, now Sec1, ran across the field too. It is a tradition here. It was a very touching moment for me.
The message on DailyBread that day was so apt. The verse says: 3 I thank my God every time I remember you. - Philippians 1: 3.
This verse is exactly how i feel for this batch of students. I thank God everytime I remember them. They have taught me so so much! On Friday Staff prayer meeting, Mrs Lim also said that this batch taught her about faith too. Dear Lord, I pray that they will continue to experience your love and joy as they move to the next stage of life. Lord, keep them close to you. Let them learn to walk in faith and taste your grace. Amen.
Dear Lord, as this year begins, I prayed that I will be humble. I will learn to lean on you in all situations. Lord, comfort me when I am sad; show me hope when I am bitter; teach me when I gain success. In all situations, I will learn to pray and pray and pray.
